Tirana Medical is a consulting and support service that helps patients navigate a selection of clinics in Albania and identify the one most suitable for their specific case. Tirana Medical is not a clinic or healthcare facility and does not directly provide medical services, diagnoses or treatments. Our role is to provide consultation, guidance and logistical support before, during and after the treatment journey with the partner clinic.
The clinics to which we refer patients are independent providers selected by us according to quality criteria, but they remain autonomous in their clinical management. The contractual relationship relating to medical services, including consultation, diagnosis, procedures and treatment, is established directly between the patient and the selected clinic, not Tirana Medical. Prices, quotes, treatment plans and treatment conditions are set by the clinic and communicated to the patient before proceeding.
The guidance consultation offered by Tirana Medical is free and carries no obligation for the patient. We help collect information about your case, compare available options among clinics in our network and organise practical aspects of the journey, including communications, appointments and, where agreed, logistical support for the stay. We do not guarantee a specific clinical outcome. Information provided on the website and in our communications is general and indicative, and any final assessment must be made by a doctor after an examination and case review.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tirana Medical is not responsible for the quality, outcome or any complications of medical services provided by partner clinics. These remain the sole responsibility of the clinic and healthcare professionals providing them. Tirana Medical is also not responsible for delays, service failures or breaches attributable to third parties involved in organising the journey, including clinics, accommodation providers and transport operators.
When requesting a consultation, you agree to provide truthful and complete information about your health and situation to the extent needed for us to guide you correctly. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality of the assessment and the proposal received.
The website content, including text, images, logos, the “Tirana Medical” brand and the “Timo” mascot, is owned by Tirana Medical or used with the appropriate authorisation and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written consent. You agree to use the website and contact forms correctly, without entering false information or using them for purposes other than those for which they are intended.
We may update these Terms and Conditions over time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed, where applicable, by Italian consumer protection law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of Albanian law as the country in which the business is registered.
